    Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location...all around, I would say it was a very solid budget choice for a couple of days in Amman.

    Music from events on the top floor can be heard on the floor below.

    The staff are always helpful...internet is free and available in rooms though weak signals sometimes...rooms are clean

    Breakfast is not in the standards of 4 star hotel....there were problems with room door lock...if you hang the ''don't disturb'' label on your door the cleaner will disturb you by phone asking when you want your room to be cleaned!! Shower temperature is fluctuating badly..empty minibar....no tea/coffee making machines in room

    I absolutely loved my stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, close to the amazing Al-Abdali neighborhood and within walking distance to Canyon. I also enjoyed the fact that there were restaurants from different nationalities surrounding the hotel, giving me plenty of dining options. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and a helpful staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel also had great amenities, such as a spa & wellness center, an indoor swimming pool, and a sun terrace - perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city.

    I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The staff provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly memorable.

    the room was clean

    the staff are very lazy not smiling, the breakfast was very poor and there was a party at night the loud sound stopped at 12:00 so we could not sleep

    Our Thanksgiving stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The breakfast offered was a highlight, with a diverse selection of dishes to choose from. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the nearby attractions and trendy restaurants.

    We did experience some difficulty with the staff. They were not always accommodating to our needs and seemed to prioritize their own procedures over ensuring guest satisfaction.

    I got great value for my money at Le Vendome. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with a comfy bed. The hotel's location near Al Thaqafa street was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff, especially Dr. Ali, the owner, were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was excellent.

    Menu for breakfast could be improved, especially with regards to toasting the bread properly.
